Welcome to Transaction Monitoring & Sanctions Investigations PL!  We are more than 160 crime fighters, who come to work every day to protect society for Nordea’s customers. We need you to to support the management team and business unit in the planning, management and decision process with data mining, business cases and different scenario building by being responsible for forecasting and analytical area. You will act as an adviser to leadership and support them in making the right decisions. You will also initiate and plan development and improvement of tools and methods to ensure high quality data. Moreover you will have the huge possibility to develop you professional analytical competencies.


You will:

  • Produce the relevant material for presentations, proposals and reporting in order to support the decision-making
  • Contribute to the execution of business strategic initiatives
  • Drive the long, medium and short term forecasting.
  • Follow up on progress (capacity plan vs actual performance)    
  • Drive and implement approved improvement initiatives and contribute to larger improvements within your responsibility.
  • Take responsibility for the job, colleagues and the value chain working as one team to make a difference
  • Solve tasks that require independent judgment and own decisions on how they should be solved.

You will be part of leadership team and you will report directly to Country Head. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:  

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree
  • Speak and write English fluently
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge in using PBI – nice to have
