What you will do:
  • Timely management of requests according to the agreed service levels.
  • Demonstrate an expert level of knowledge of products and services offered by the client.
  • Take ownership of customers issues ensuring end to end service with an emphasis on excellent customer satisfaction and attention to detail.
  • Connect and proactively communicate with the Product team or other stakeholders in resolving payments queries.
  • Identify possible High Risk Incidents involving PII exposure, raising the incident and completing the RCA for TL and GOM review.
  • Suggest process improvements that will make the adjustment process more structured and efficient.
  • Undertake additional tasks as delegated by the Team Leader.
  • Ensure understanding of team SLAs CPIs and KPIs and align to managements vision and direction.
  • Supporting SAP migration.
What we expect:
  • SAP experience is nice to have
  • Basic AP knowledge
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience in technical documentation writing is nice to have
  • English level C1 required (both spoken and written)
