Account Manager with French - Financial Services

Our client, one of the worlds leading banks, is building a brand-new team to provide operational services for French institutional clients. The team of Account Managers will be responsible for resolving customer requests and responding to queries in the area of investment funds and financial services.
We are currently looking for French and English speaking Account Managers with experience gathered in financial institutions and administration.
Main duties will involve:
- respond to clients queries and deliver information and actions requested as daily routine
- being a single point of contact for clients
- work closely with business implementation teams while taking on new clients
- ensure that agreements are requested and all types of requests are processed
Requirements:
An ideal candidate will have:
- fluent French (min. C1) and very good English (min. B2+)
- min. 1-2 years of experience in operations in any of the following areas - banking, finance, accounting or financial administration
- education in economy, banking, finance etc.
- drive to contribute to a new team by sharing best practices and personal engagement
- ability to co-operate in teams (internal and external)
- self-motivation and willingness to learn more about investment services
